The "Airfield" Nymburk is the registered private airfield for ultralight aircrafts! We are a private airfield but every respectable aviator is most welcome with his flying machine. No fees for landings!
There is a new big hangar at the airfield offering the opportunity for secured stand of ultralight planes, the facilities for crews ( the work-room, the lounge with a fireplace and buffet, the PC with Wi-Fi internet connection for pre-flight briefings, the fuel station with unleaded gasoline 95 octans, ...). At our airfield is located the flying school of Mr.Adam which provides a complete training on inertially controlled flying vehicles and also on two ultralight airplanes Zephyr ( more at http://leteckaskola.cz/ ). The position of Nymburk airfield is most suitable for visitors of the nice surroundings ... for example, the spa city Podebrady ( distance 6 km ) offers many opportunities ( health-resorts, hotels, the castle of The King Jiri z Podebrad, nice restaurants, the sand lake with beaches, the golf-course, tennis courts, ... ). The distance to the capital city Prague is about 45 km ( 25 NM ).
